After a free site visit you get a fixed-price quote, with a materials specification, within 24 hours. For small jobs we often send a price the same day by WhatsApp or email.

Our work is covered by the statutory guarantee: if a defect is due to our workmanship, we put it right at no cost. The details are set out in our terms and conditions and in the handover report you receive once the job is finished.

From our base in Hoogvliet we work throughout Rotterdam and the surrounding area: Rotterdam-Zuid, Kralingen, Centrum, Schiedam, Capelle aan den IJssel, Spijkenisse, Barendrecht, Vlaardingen and Albrandswaard. Outside that area? Ask us — we come there too, by arrangement.

For clearly defined jobs and renovations we agree a fixed price after the free site visit — no hourly billing and no surprises at the end. For ongoing maintenance we work to a fixed maintenance contract, or on time and materials by arrangement.

Yes. If we agree the work at your home, by phone, by email or over WhatsApp, you have fourteen days to reconsider as a consumer under Dutch law. Within that period you can cancel the agreement without giving a reason, at no cost. If you would like us to start within those fourteen days, we ask you to confirm that in writing first; if you then still cancel, you pay only for the part already carried out. The quote comes with the full information and the form you can use to cancel.

Yes. We are the appointed building partner to HomeINN B.V., a Rotterdam property company, and for VvEs — Dutch homeowners' associations — we draw up and carry out long-term maintenance plans (MJOP): roof inspections, facade and paintwork maintenance, change-of-tenancy works and emergency repairs, with reporting per building or block and one point of contact.

On larger projects you pay in stages against agreed milestones — never everything up front. Small jobs are invoiced after handover. It is all set out in the quote beforehand.
